鋳造された緑青色透明ガラスの杯。口縁部は平らで、器壁は外側にやや広がり、平らな底部へとなだらかに湾曲する。口縁部外側に1本の浅い溝がめぐるが、これは削られたのではなく鋳出されたものと思われる。胴下部外側に3本の水平な細い溝が彫られている。内外面とも研磨されてなめらかに整えられている。
Catalogue Entry
Cup cast from turquoise translucent glass. The mouth rim is flat while the vessel walls spread slightly outward and curve smoothly inward to meet the flat base. There is a shallow groove circling the outer surface of the mouth rim, and this groove is thought to have been cast rather than carved. Three thin horizontal grooves are cut into the outer surface of the lower body area. Both the inner and outer surfaces are polished to a smooth surface.
