この拓本は古陽洞南壁第２層、第２仏龕の二仏併坐仏龕の龕［がん］■［び］のもので、仏伝を描いている。向かって左端に受胎、その右に誕生、九［きゆう］龍［りゆう］潅［かん］頂［じよう］、鹿［ろく］野［や］苑［おん］での初［しよ］天［てん］宝［ぽう］輪［りん］、アシタ仙人による占相などの場面が描かれている。古陽洞の第２充実期にあたる。

This rubbing comes from the 2nd niche on the 2nd level of the south wall of the Guyangdong Cave. The niche features two Buddhas seated side by side. The lintel depicts images from the life of the historical Buddha, Sakyamuni. From the left end, the lintel shows the conception, the birth of Siddhartha, the bath, the first sermon at Ispatana Migadaya, divination by the hermit Asita, and other scenes. This relief dates to the 2nd period of activity at the Guyangdong Cave.
