美味优美的日本料理
日本丰富的自然风光及美丽的四季之变化,在形成日本人的气质以及我国各种文化艺术上,产生了极大的影响。作为人类生命基础的日本「饮食」文化,可说是最好的例子。
日本的饮食基本上是以米饭为主食,搭配与米饭相配的汤、菜、酱菜来构成,即所谓的「三菜一汤」为基础,在悠久的历史中,随着时代之变迁,也强化了我国之独特色彩。
在本次展览中,我们将与美术工艺作品一起探索美味优美的日本料理。我们希望以此为契机,重新审视先人们所培育出的日本料理之辉煌成果,并将其传承至下一代。
