イシス女神

This panel shows an off-white female mask on a blue ground. The woman's face is made up of two half faces joined together. One curl of hair hangs down each side and is bound by a ribbon with hanging ornaments. Her head is topped by a crown with winged, sundisk and wheat sheaf decoration. There details are expressed in black, white, red, yellow, yellowish green, and green. The goddess Isis was a maternal god who was very popular amongst the Egyptians and her worship spread through out the empire during the Roman period.
