緑がかった透明ガラスを宙吹きした瓶である。口は開き、頚が一旦細くなって肩が張り、すぼまって底に向かう。高台が付き、底中央にはポンテ跡がある。頚、肩、胴部全体に、細い紐装飾を短い間隔でめぐらす。肩から口辺に向かって、把手を付ける要領で、16本もの装飾柱がバランス良く付いている。化粧品入れに使われたものであろう。

This bottle was free-blown from greenish translucent glass. The mouth is a wide expanse, the neck narrows slightly before the shoulders swell and then contract to the base. A foot is attached and the center of the base has a pontil mark. The neck, shoulders and body overall are surrounded by thin decorative threads arranged at small intervals. Sixteen decorative pillars of glass extend from the shoulder to the mouth in handle-like forms, and they are well balanced with each other. This would probably have been used to hold cosmetics.
