(a) Gold sheets have been cut into eight-point star shapes which are then decorated with incised central rosette designs.
(b) Disks made of silver are then carved in relief with designs of five layered rosette patterns with a circular band surrounding the motif. The surface has been gilded. The back of the form is fitted with two metal fittings which would have been used to attach the disk to a belt or other support.
